Business Professional as a subject which revolves around management skills. In the 2nd week of the 1st semester there was a chapter called Classic Organizational and Management Theory. The chapter imparted in depth knowledge on organizational quality management skills, the basics relating to management skills used in NZ and overseas organizations of international stature. It was an unique experience and learning, coming to know all the aspects and trends followed by international leaders, how to use management skills on employees in bringing out the best from them, motivating and leading to personal and organizational to success. I had clear understanding and knowledge regarding Quality Management Skills post chapter completion. The class was very attentive but interactive, with me asking questions to clear self-perception and ensured all classmates are on the same page by using intentional questions and rebuttals.

Business Transformation as a subject, highlights on digital quality products through innovation, returning and resulting to quality services. The introductory chapter, on the 1st week of the semester, The Digital Transformation Playbook - 1, key focuses on the approach towards innovation to compensate disruption for better technology, products and services, replacing the obsolete ones. The chapter brought in front of me and the class the hidden and unrealized fact on the cause of disruption being the replacement time for backdated existing products and services and innovation as an answer for replacing and bring in superior Quality Products and Services for organizations to stay live, compete and lead in corporate market. The class was very attentive and interactive, clearing  perception and concepts through questions, helping each other on understanding.

The subject of Business Transformation also imparts in depth knowledge on Innovation and its involved aspects along with varied existing and modern innovative products and technologies. Week 5 of the semester involved lecture on a chapter called Digital Transformation - Blockchain and Cryptocurrency. The chapter cleared personal and group concepts about the most effective and dependable yet controversial, the Blockchain Technology. The chapter spoke on the reliant and impossible to crack and hack technology and the learning was so effective and influential that I incorporated it in one of the projects emphasizing on the requirements for NZ and overseas organization to adopt to Blockchain Technology as a recommended change to resist fraud through cyber crime.

The subject, Organization Behavior, imparts knowledge on varied organizational determinants responsible for efficient running of business. Organizational performance is also related to environment setting, diversity and further aspects. The subject concentrates and holds the management, HR and employee mostly responsible for carrying out the required specifications and objectives to keep the organization fit. 1st Semester, Week 3 chapter called Personality and Values, speaking about a concept called personality- job fit and person- organization fit. The concept drills down to evaluate the importance of analyzing Employee Talent and finding them the right kind of job within the organization for maximum efficiency through available resource. The learning was evidentially clear and clarified further aspects on organizational smooth sailing. This learning laid the key foundation of the 2nd project on the subject, were recommendations to change HR policies were made for NZ organizations to give priority to Employee Talent in order to avoid neglecting profit through innovation.

Organizational Behavior as a subject emphasizes on correct mutual behavior and attitude towards workforce in workplaces. Not abiding and obliging to the determinants may lead to conflicts and disruption in team and departmental cohesiveness. As a result, it further adds on to factors like absenteeism, employee ill health, stress and finally attrition. Attrition leads to loss of resource in terms of cost involved in resource training and keeping the resource happy and retained adds to knowledge base and experience, hence, damaging long term investment value. This aspect of proper organization behavior requirements and its constraints on non-adherence is well defined in Week 2, 1st semester chapter called What is organizational behavior? This aspect has been incorporated in the 3rd project on the same subject, where this cause is illustrated through immigrant abuse and exploitation in workplace leading to attrition.

"Recently, I had the opportunity to know and communicate with Parthasarathi Chakraborty in ICL Graduate Business School, where we are co-students. Hereby, I am incorporating some feedbacks based on my perception of the individual which I deem will help Partha in future endeavors.
Based on Strengths:
Communication: Partha has strong communication skills. He is prompt in responding to messages and emails with clear and according responses which indicates his strong hold on communication. He actively engages in discussions, easing understanding through questions and rebuttals, ensuring that everyone is on even platform.
Responsibility: Partha takes responsibility and ownership of his own actions and assigned tasks. He is of a serious nature and tries to deliver the best on allocated responsibilities. He always displays a strong sense of accountability for his work and allocated responsibility and also possess strong mental ability to track and achieve his goals.

Based on Areas of Improvement:
Time Management: Partha is generally punctual with task completion but there were a few issues where he missed deadlines. Though it was the outcome of family tie up and reunion in NZ, still, this is a development area for him. He needs to be careful in future, organize and prioritize to ensure better performance and reduced stress.

Anxiety: It was also noticed in the situation of the same incident that Partha becomes very anxious about outcomes and results, causing anxiety and stress, lowering is performance outputs. He needs to work on this and keep himself calm on similar situations.
Parthasarathi is good as an individual and helps in team building and teamwork. I value his metal strength, dedication and contributions as a team player and in achieving his personal goals. By making slight adjustments to the minor grey areas, he deserves and will excel further in life."
