About Me

          I am Parthasarathi Chakraborty, having 20+ years of experience in Customer Service.  I am specialized in providing quality service and resolution to customers along with sound knowledge in all other varied aspects pertaining to the domain. I have graduated from University of Calcutta, India, in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, English major. Currently pursuing Master of Management from ICL Graduate Business School, New Zealand. I have been recognized, rewarded and certified for diverse achievements and contributions in my professional career in HSBC, a fortune 500 company, for efficiency and business modifications leading to betterment of organizational value and structure. I use my academic skill on English and personal interest of rapport building to exhale in Customer Service, gaining and developing skillsets for self and aptly using it to advantage for organizational development and betterment. My personal interest includes listing to songs of various artists from various countries, giving me the most important and added edge in my industry, to understand different accent and communicate with people belonging to different ethnicity.

            A combination of quality with efficiency has always been a key potential for me. This aspect has always helped me showcase myself as a leader and role model in all corporate places and fields that I work and had worked. Doing things faster than average with neat and corrective approach has owned me extensive reputation, rewards and growth, evidencing the potential in me.

        Having control over own actions and outcomes beyond external forces, is very important in a professional environment, especially in environment involving large number of employees, to maintain performance and team cohesiveness. Locus of control has always been my strength aiding me to be a team player and a performer, earning me additional responsibilities, financial growth, and finally the scope of leading teams.

           Anxiety, one of the traits of neuroticism, has always worried me in early professional life and added to leadership quality set backs . Anxiety, for good or bad results and outcomes, upsets concentration and performance in professional life. However, from feedbacks, experience and with age have limited and almost eliminated the characteristic effect from life and profession.
