Earning a professional degree/certification in NZ as per NZQA standards is one of the primary goals that I am working on by perusing Master of Management in ICL Graduate Business School, Auckland. It is set as the primary goal because, it will not only help me reach the later mentioned goals through education but will also add to ease by helping align self to NZ immigration criteria for required visa possession. Attending regular classes, grasping knowledge and feedback imparted by lecturers on respective subjects, including tips on eliminating existing weakness traits, and collaborating it with existing and newfangled skills, completing homework and assignments on time with best possible scores within expected completion deadline is aimed as the key to success.
The continuous process of enhancing and modifying existing skills and reducing weakness traits from background to match and develop further innovative skills existing in NZ work culture is a goal to exhale and succeed in career building. The objective is to be open to learning, grasping on newly gained knowledge and skills, combining it with existing ones and being prompt to apply the apt learnings and skills in apt scenarios to lead to further innovation, add to reputation and growth for self and the pertaining organization. Focusing on continuous improvement on areas of identified weakness through feedbacks from varied sources on rectification status and based on aforesaid academic platform, using the learnings from it and by gaining experience from present and future jobs in NZ ,are the key strategies to attain the goal.
Organizing self, to further more apart from reducing characteristic and identified weakness, helping and mentoring others is one of the present and ongoing goal. The goal as been adopted and identified to sustain and exhale in career. Organizing self and expertizing in NZ disciplines and culture will lead to easy adaptivity and cohesiveness in NZ organizations and with the ability, helping and mentoring becomes easy too, which in return, is an aspect of a leader in an employee seeking rightful growth. As a strategy, limiting the determinants of weakness through continuous focus and strengthening the best of instinct, experience, effort and learning is being aimed at, since past till future continuous.
Securing a managerial position in a fortune 500 company in NZ is a dream come true goal for me. This is a long-term goal if compared. The objective, apart from being self-satisfaction, will have positive impact and consequences on self, regarding NZ immigration status. The faster the achievement the faster will be its influence on change of immigration status. The strategy to attain the goal revolves around earning a professional degree/certification as per NZQA standards; rectified characteristic weakness trends through learning and focus, enhancing existing, expertizing and developing further skills suiting NZ workplace system and culture; and, organizing and preparing self along with an evidential reputation for having in-depth domain knowledge and mentoring.
Networking by joining clubs and community is one of the futuristic goals, aimed far beyond recreation. This goal has been adopted and derived with an objective to sustain and exhale in professional career, keeping in mind the primary aspect of networking and its importance in NZ to build up individual stakeholder base and contacts. The strategy involved is first to achieve the aforementioned goals and then laying foundation as an individual of esteem and prospect. The two attributes are very important to get into desired clubs and community circle, post use communication and rapport building skills to attain the goal.
